When I first moved to Kentucky in the 1990s I worked in management roles for Arby’s and Dollar General.  In the 1980s I lived and worked in Oklahoma for such companies as Circle K, Wendy’s and May’s Drug Stores. In these management positions I trained high performance employees as part of my assigned duties. I also enjoyed my role as it made a positive impact on increasing profits, reducing expenses and improving productivity.
